The Story of F*** is a wild, over‑the‑top satire of the music industry — a world driven by greed, ego, excess and sex. The film leans fully into its chaotic tone, pushing situations to the edge while still reflecting the darker truths of an industry built on image, ambition and self‑destruction.
I edited the film early in my career, at a time when I was eager to travel and work internationally. The production was shooting in Budapest while I was cutting alone in Shepherd’s Bush — a strange but formative experience that taught me how to shape performances and tone without the usual on‑set context. Directed by James Abadi, the project challenged me to manage rapid tonal shifts, keep the pace sharp and protect the clarity of the story. It remains an important milestone for me: a bold, unapologetic film that pushed my craft and helped define the kind of work I wanted to pursue.
